Thanks for putting together this list. This is a constantly changing list. It would help to have the list open-sourced so that the community could keep it updated. Please consider setting up the list on Github or any other general-access Git implementation.

There is already https://github.com/theDavidCoen/LightningExchanges, but I have seen updates be quite slow there. It wouldn't hurt to have another.
