lets say I use wallet x with 12/24/25 mmnemonic words and BIP y.
How can I find out from which to which wallet I can move without making an onchain transaction?
Has somebody already made a website or overview for this?

Right. That's why my question was about under which BIPs the same seed word derivate to the same addresses
