The thing, you see, is we are not subject to their approval. In fact, don't be any one's subject at all. We are born sovereign unless we relinquish.
Don't ask permission! Bitcoin is permissionless, peer-to-peer!

ETNs or ETFs, they are for someone who is with the government side. We are on the other side, so can ignore them.
