LMAO. I had the pleasure of serving on the search committee for my department this semester, and I noticed repeated uses of the phrases "esteemed institution" and "renowned faculty"... despite the fact that my institution is not quite so esteemed nor are our faculty quite so renowned; not to mention, I never used to come across these words before.
Cover letters like that go straight to the trash.

If you wrote, "Your institution is one of the institutions of all time", I'd definitely give your application a second look ;)

It basically means that some certain work is not really needed. Bureaucracy wants from Ai to serve to it but I hope it will be crushed before it even attempts using Ai at scale.

LOL! ChatGPT doesn't know the whole dictionary. I think, it isn't even easy for ChatGPT to remember synonyms for every word
