I get where you're getting at. You're basically talking about this case: https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2015/04/remembering-case-established-code-speech but applied to bitcoin.
Here's some context where this has been talked about before:
https://law.stanford.edu/press/is-bitcoin-protected-as-speech-under-the-1st-amendment-experts-answer/
https://cointelegraph.com/news/is-bitcoin-protected-as-speech-under-the-1st-amendment-experts-answer
There's the other aspect which is simply that money is speech: https://www.brennancenter.org/our-work/research-reports/citizens-united-explained
But I also like this thread from punk 6529 (even though the poor soul got tricked by the scam that is Ethereum) https://twitter.com/punk6529/status/1494444624630403083
psst This is the kind of stuff you gotta post when you write a post like this. Brain stimulating stuff that supports what you're trying to say and makes the reader "hmmm"
What Im essentially saying is that the blockchain for bitcoin operates in the same way an encrypted messaging app like WhatsApp does. It’s an encrypted set of numbers/letters (cryptography) we send and receive. I understand you have the ability to utilize messaging through sending bitcoin but I guess im saying that if we say that bitcoin is money, then governments who are socialists, communists etc have the ability to shut down bitcoin operations in their respective countries.
