LOL indeed only in our beloved Canada. Maybe they will start calling for a state of emergency in Vancouver each year for the Celebration of Light due to the crowds. Or better yet, call it when the Canucks make the finals, because there is sure going to be a riot.

It's a shame not to be able to see it in my country, I think I haven't seen one since I was 6-7 years old, I've forgotten what they look like.
There is such a thing as being right for the wrong reasons.
It should be declared a climate emergency or solar emergency or whatever but state of emergency seems overhyped.
