Yeah, they come out with a new season/expansion about every three months. Usually the new content each season gets rolled into the core game.
Similar to how Magic: The Gathering keeps coming out with new expansions and adding more cards to the core game, PoE does the same in the ARPG genre.
How interesting, every 3 months is quite frequent, that keeps people wanting to play, is it a good game to play with friends? I only tried it for a few hours.

I read something about Path of exile, I think about an expansion, is that true?
