🇵🇹 Kumpania Algazarra — Mariquita

That's wicked fun!! Great shout 0x 👊 I do love it when trumpets add that little flair and fun.
reply
The live experience is even funnier. Some concerts have the band playing in the middle of the audience. It's an amazing experience!
Guča Trumpet Festival — Kumpania Algazarra Live!

Jeff Lynne's ELO - Mr. Blue Sky

To celebrate the end of MSM here's a song that sums it up for me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LMY5xe36cfE

Good morning stackers!
It's a beautiful sunny day so I thought this song feels like sunshine and good vibes!

Good morning mate
Rainy day here :(
reply
Only outside. Ain't raining indoors when you got some Oasis on!
Unless it is... Then you might wanna call someone to look at your roof :/
Maybe because I had this track on a mix for my car at one point but I associate this song with burning down the motorway with some mates on a roadtrip somewhere, blue skies, windows down, music loud, shades on. Those were the days eh?
Have a good one bud 👊
reply
You have a great point, this song/musical group brings back so many memories of good times with friends, I listen to it because it's just fantastic, regardless of the weather it's outside hahaha.

👋 Good Day Stackers! Here's my 1st contribution for today! 👊

What a great version. Lots of Springsteen songs work so well as country. On the album cover of tunnel of love he looks "country".
reply
Cool, didn't know it was Springsteen, Just heard this for the first time last week.
reply
Thanks for sharing, I didn't know this existed. It's gone on to my Spotify playlist

This song is related to the book "Arsene Lupin"
Jacques Dutronc (French pronunciation: [ʒak dytʁɔ̃]; born 28 April 1943) is a French singer, songwriter, guitarist, composer, and actor. Some of Dutronc's best-known hits include "Il est cinq heures, Paris s'éveille" (which AllMusic has called "his finest hour"), "Le Responsable", and "Les Cactus".
Dutronc played guitar in the rock group El Toro et les Cyclones. He wrote successful songs for singer Françoise Hardy in the 1960s before moving on to pursue a successful solo career. His music incorporated traditional French pop and French rock as well as styles such as psychedelic and garage rock. He was also very important in the Yéyé music movement and has been a longtime songwriting collaborator with Jacques Lanzmann. According to AllMusic, Dutronc is "one of the most popular performers in the French-speaking world", although he "remains little known in English speaking territories" aside from a cult following in the UK.
He later branched out into film acting, starting in 1973.[3] He earned a César Award for Best Actor for the leading role in Van Gogh, which was directed by Maurice Pialat. He married Hardy in 1981 and together they have a son, guitarist Thomas Dutronc (born 1973); the couple separated in 1988.

Such a smooth voice. Really nice to listen to, it's got that almost 50s lounge style to it. I can imagine just sitting in some expensive places with that playing on stage whilst being served dinner and drinks. Great vibes.

Don't Forget Me - The Doerfels

Here's another one that I like, unfortunately I couldn't find it on YouTube. Either I'm missing something or we can't embed anything other than YouTube links. A very chill sound overall, but a great guitar solo! https://lnbeats.com/album/2b62ef49-fcff-523c-b81a-0a7dde2b0609/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZG9lcmZlbHZlcnNlLmNvbS90cmFja3MvZG9udC1mb3JnZXQtbWUubXAz
reply
Yeah I don't think we can embed anything but YouTube links. Perhaps that's something for the Devs? Ability to play audio links from SN embedded player not just YouTube 🤔
reply
I don't know how often it would get used, I haven't seen anyone else using alternative music sources yet. I like using places like LN Beats and Wavlake because you find independent artists that wouldn't ever crack the algorithm on YouTube. Also, you can zap the artists if you get value!
reply
I feel like there has to be a way to link up with wavlake and LN beats and have it so that the artist gets a portion of the zap from the post 🤔 we might be onto something astro...
reply
I would definitely use something like that! Possibly something like the forward option already in place for posts. The poster could set a percentage that would be forwarded directly to the artist with a note where it came from or something.
