Hello, does anyone mind to share how to make NFC card a wallet with say 1000 sats and after spending on voltpay app for 200 sats, the card will have remaining 900 sats. Is this possible? What tool to use and how to do it? Thanks!

lol, sorry i meant, preloaded with 1000sats and after spending 200sats, left with 800 sats.
