Being in nature is really good for you, way better than being in the city all the time. You can breathe fresh air, enjoy the peace and quiet, and feel more connected to the earth. There's no pollution, noise, or all the crazy distractions you get in cities. Cities have their perks but they can also be super stressful, make you lazy, and totally disconnect you from nature's cycles that are so key to keeping us healthy and happy as humans.
