No no no no absolutely not don't even try it no. You will get User Rejected Soft Fork Clients (URSF) if in fact this can even be done with a soft fork at all. Bitcoin full node clients have rejected any block which would go above the 21 million limit for years now (specifically in response to a buffer overflow incident). This is not worth even talking about. Please focus on finding smarter solutions. The smooth brain "just make more Bitcoin to pay miners with" will not fly whatsoever.
