I was with Wilson Mining (they're based in the US), but between the $0.08 cent kwh rate and frequent grid curtailments (machines have been turned off for a few hours as recently as April 1st - 4th), I came to the conclusion that it's time to look for another hosting provider. I know Saz has seasonal curtailment during the summer, but the plan was to make up for the lost time by also having some rigs hosted with HashLabs Mining. HashLabs doesn't do anything curtailments, and they're currently running a site in Ethiopia, with plans to open a site in Finland.
Interesting thanks for sharing. I’ve thought about it, but never pulled the trigger.
