Surprisingly easy to make with a slow cooker. This is my first attempt and the result looks and tastes amazing.

Step one is the hardest, that is, befriend your local butcher. The rest is easy. Roast the bones for 45 minutes in the oven, then throw them in your slow cooker with water, vegetables, salt etc. I cooked it on high temperature for three hours, then later on low temperature for additional 10 hours.

I bought powdered Bone broth at costco and replaced my morning coffee with it. Unfortunately, the powdered stuff tasted terrible due to the sharp shitake mushrooms it used.

I'm also planning to introduce it in our morning routine. You should try making your own. I used to buy it at the farmers market, but mine is as good. I'm so proud, lol.

I used to do bone broth fasting. I would have only bone broth for 3 days at a time. It's supposed to be good for you.
