No. This city will not become the next Wakanda. What's missing is hashrate. Now, if they had a massive natural energy source like Niagara Falls, or they built a km2 solar array powering a massive Bitcoin mining datacenter and used Bitcoin from that source to drive their local economy...then we can talk about something amazing in a decade.
