Step-by-step instructions
FIRST THING you gotta do : THE SAWCE π₯«
Take your extra ripe tomatoes, get rid of the stems and cut a cross on it to help the skin peeling easier (check the post above to see how)
Then you put them in a sauce pan with water and start the heat π‘οΈ

It should be very quick after you reach the boiling point until you see the skin peeling by itself, wait an extra 2 mins
Then, drain the hot water and pour tap water to cool them down while you peel them just like this

Now, pour some golden juice (extra virgin olive oil) in a sauce pan and start the heat π‘οΈ
Note that I added onions and garlic but it is optional and I recommend not to do so if you don't want to be manhunted by Italian FEDs π€

Once your onions and garlic are colored if you're not afraid to be suicided with fusilis ππ«
Add your tomatoes with a drizzle of water. Yes I added more tomatoes cuz I will save sauce for pastas later. π§
Add salt, pepper & fresh oregano if you're a chad. Dry if NGMI
Cover the sauce pan and let it simmer until it looks like melted puke after a #Bitcoin meetup π€
Once done, prepare your blender and mix it like it's a coinjoin πͺ

All right, get back in the sauce pan, put some basil π and let it infuse at very low heat until the sauce is THICK
It's time to add more salt if needed
If it's acidic, no need sugar β
Just a pinch of baking soda, thank me later β
πSAUCE IS READY
The "dough"
Take the chicken breasts and throw them in a sauce pan with water.
Optionally and for more flavor, you can add onion, garlic, dry chili, celery, oregano, pepper, whatever you like
Bring it to a low simmer, you don't want to overheat the chicken or it's going to be dry AF

Save the bouillon for later!
Now you want to shred that meat.
Once done, throw grated parmigiano and the 2 eggs.
Then you mix it and press it untill it looks like a paste and chicken fibers can't be seen
I added fresh oregano but you can add everything you want to add flavor

Shape your dough just like a regular pizza or whatever shape you like I'm not here to judge you
Once done, you wanna precook it in a 250 degrees Celsius hoven for 15 mins until it's dry and start getting a golden color.

Time to add the toppings!
Mozza, chorizo, fresh basil, oinions and green habanero chili in my case.

If you can afford to, DON'T BE STUPID LIKE ME and let the crust cool down before the toppings
You can also be creative and change the recipe (I'm lying, don't.)
Back in the hoven, 10 to 15 min at 250 degrees celcius and your pizza will be ready.
The aim is to have toppings cooked and the crust golden to ensure the crisp.
Avoid letting the cheese dry with the heat β
