This video really is not complete without the reaction content because the explanation of "how to sell linux" is actually pretty great and distro tube completely misses that aspect. New linux users should understand that linux is different and not expect it to work like windows.
That doesn't mean that linux has bad UX. I can already see the heated reactions to that statement.
