I'm assuming this also includes objects launched by private companies from within the countries, so Musk and Bezos are probably a factor (and Branson maybe explains the bump the UK has in recent years).

Could be 0, depending on how you look at it. I have seen no proof of anything being launched into space. Or space for that matter.
