I doubt if this has anything to do with your excessive use of Marlboro Red, which is government complying manufacturer, and they want you to use weeds instead; which is decentralized. Marlboro is against the notion of Decentralisation.

You don't need decentralization in cigarettes. The world would be a better place without smoking bans and if Marlboro had a monopoly on the market.
