I love this. One way I try to think about life is that every thing that happens to me is my fault, and maybe fault is the wrong word but you get the idea. But something magical happens when you look at the world that way and if you realize everything is your fault than that also means that whatever you want to create in your life is possible. On the contrast if we spend all day blaming others then we get caught in a trap of thinking we have no control and become a victim, a npc ready to be brainwashed by anything and everything.
Totally. Blaming that which is outside of ourselves seems to get us nowhere. And I believe that our reality is simply a reflection of ourselves. When we are judging or triggered, there is something in ourselves that we are not owning or honoring. Looking that these parts is what we call shadow work. And we can't have light without dark. If we understand our shadow, we get access to our light.
