This is something that wasnt planned though. Russia attacking, and disrupting oil to everyone who needs it. Other countries didnt realize how dependent they were on oil. Just like how other countries arent aware about how dependent they are on chinese chips. The nuclear energy was scary for russia, they had many problems. I think it has already seeped into their water supply, so it will affect them for generations to come.
