Recently overcome traumatic experience of dentists from childhood in Soviet Union and spent few hundred euros and fixed all my tooth problems.

I've discovered a dentist on YouTube that caught my attention. She's written a book that I'm reading at the moment, where she encourages remineralising teeth, and cultivating good bacteria in the mouth, for good oral health.
Look her up!

What's a good toothpaste to use ?

reply

Doesn't matter. The most important thing is that you do it regularly. Also choose something with fluoride, don't buy into the myrrhe or essential oil bullshit

reply

I always thought flouride free toothpaste was the way to go. Looks like have more research to do.

Well don't swallow it. Especially for your kids.

I'll think about switching when there is a viable alternative. Essential oils are bullshit.

Once I went to a dentist for removing my extra teeth, HD told me such a hefty amount that I could never get back to him. I dislike densits from that day till now. My extra teeth is with me.

I am sorry, it was tooth, only one not teeth.

If you eat right, dental care is easy. Not hard. Shh. I don't brush my teeth every day. Ew. Never have teeth or mouth problems.

reply

unless you're 100% carnivore, this cannot be correct. out of experience, we recommend you do regular check ups or at least look carefully yourself. oil pulling is a must if you won't brush

reply

What do you mean by eat right? I also eat right but there is tooth that came automatically behind my another tooth. I have only problems for that extra tooth, nothing else. Please explain what's right eating?

Dental health is key to the other diseases. Get that bacterial plaque out your mouth!

Btw have you guys seen the current probiotics-dental research going on? Sounds crazy but it's still early https://twitter.com/yacineMTB/status/1780398141109424546

This seems to be limited to the USA, though

Not better than ever. If you look up Neanderthal teeth, they're much healthier than middle age or industrial age humans. Blame starchy cereals and sugar for the change. Modern debtal care is just helping to return to a normal state.

I’ve been going down this rabbit hole when it comes to dental health-and it seems to checkout… https://www.westonaprice.org/#gsc.tab=0
