If those around us are creating mirrors of ourselves, then when we judge them we are actually judging ourselves, either because we recognise something in them that we don't like about ourselves or we recognise that they have achieved something that we didn't have the courage to go out and do ourselves. Personally I see judgement as a compliment when I receive it and a learning opportunity when I find myself being the judge - what do I need to transform from within?
