83 days of 100 push ups a day until 100k down. Undetermined to go. 79 days of 100 squats a day until 100k down. Undetermined to go.
In honour of the halving. I am going to do a halving of sets and instead of 2 sets of 50, I will do one set of 100. If you don't hear from me tomorrow, I likely can't move my arms. Haha.
Definitely report back on how the 100 in one go went.

I did it right after posting. Squats were no problem. I got to 65 push ups ok and then needed to stop and take a few deep breaths, then again at 80 and 90 but I got it done. My triceps were barking afterwards.
