Yes, that is certainly a pretty wide variation! 😂 I honestly don't mind in most cases, except for the scramble to lower the volume sometimes! I have a wide variety of playlists depending on the style I want to listen to, but sometimes I just throw everything into a big long playlist and hit shuffle!

Same for me, whole collection in one playlist, hit shuffle, and whatever will be will be.

Do you keep your collection locally? If so, I'm curious what music player you use.

Spotify. I'm a slave to ease. I can get most things, right onto my phone, connect to my car speakers and just listen to stuff.

Okay, I can understand that! It certainly is very convenient. I was just hoping you would have a recommendation for a good music player for thousands of songs! 😉
I live in a very rural area with very spotty cellular access and very slow internet, so local media is almost a must. So I've got a pretty massive media server and a large collection of Blu-rays and CDs!

Sadly I can't help you with that. But I think I'd look to physical media aswell. Records and the like.

Not a problem! I definitely like actually owning things, although it's expensive up front it doesn't really cost anything after that except for storage. It also keeps on working when the internet goes down for a week!
