Just interested to know with consistent blocks of around 20 bitcoin, would a contributing nerd miner to one of these pools earn many sats in this environment?

Likely not, but perhaps your only option to avoid the minimum withdrawal fees would be Braiins Pool, who just enabled lightning withdrawals with no minimum withdrawal fees.
