It’s too filling for me haha. Sometimes I eat roti canai for breakfast. One plain and one egg. We call it roti prata here

Roti is great for health. These are called 'poori' here and theu are also light not very heavy.
Poori with Chole and matar paneer and raita with pickle is the best morning food in north India and you'll find a lot of small roadside hawkers serving this food and people eating with love.
