Juggling quite a few things this week, I’m amazed by how much I can do now compared to a year ago. Still never feels like it’s enough. Anyone else feel like this?
What's increased your productivity over last year?

Getting someone to help me on the business and operations side was the big time saver. Also moving to a smaller space helped with day to day running of a building, the list of “to do’s” have dropped on a weekly basis.
Also think at this point going into year 4 of PlebLab I have streamlined a ton of processes and know what bucket a lot of inbound goes into.
