National Kiosk?
That's interesting, in my country most kiosks are 1 man shows. And probably small prostitution/weed money laundering fronts.
National Kiosk? As in by the government like liquor stores in Sweden? Or is it a chain like seven eleven?
I think it's a privately held company, but it is nation-wide and has locations "kiosks" where people pick up newspapers etc. The reason it's a big deal is, kind of like you mentioned, it would be like if 7/11 or a national pharmacy chain started accepting BTC. Pretty cool, IMO.
Our modern conception of newspapers started with financial speculation sheets in coffee houses of Europe, so it's only fitting that you can buy a paper with BTC

The word 'kiosk' in Croatia has a slightly more broad connotation. In North American English, a kiosk is a small installation in a shopping centre or similar, quite literally a "small store".
As you can see here, it's very much a term for "store" or "shop" in general.
