I'm not making a moral statement. Revenues are what pay the salaries of people doing work. But never think that ideology will trump money. It won't.

They'll often talk about freeloaders, whether it's Amazon building a competing hosted solution, or some startup that found a way to monetize support.

One must always assume a company's primary motivation is revenue. You cannot trust them.
