I was pleasantly surprised but the interview. I had never really heard Brian Armstrong speak, just the overall media coverage of him.
As a longtime CB user (since 2017'ish), I do feel CB has some huge issues right now, but I don't think they are the most evil thing in the space, nor is BA completely clueless. I think it's more the SEC grasping for straws at this point and targeting whoever is easy enough.
What was also interesting is that Lex recorded this podcast before the recent SEC investigations into CB.

I’m sorry, but when they advertise heavily on the App Store as a place to buy doge, that’s pretty darn scammy. That’s really taking advantage of people.

DOGE is one of the better options in their shitcoin casino, TBH... but yes I agree with you. However as a product platform, I've have enjoyed the evolution, regardless of me agreeing with the business strategy.
