It's beyond frustrating to see what a mess of things the supposed "experts" have made by their policies. It's not only amplified human suffering by orders of magnitude, but it's also making it harder to make real progress on environmental issues, since trust in authorities is at an all time low.
One thing I just don't understand is why they are so against nuclear, a proven reliable and green energy source. I understand it's expensive, but they're willing to spend money on anything and everything so why not nuclear? Could it be lobbying from business interests from other renewables sectors? Some say it's a deliberate Malthusian agenda. Maybe. But I'm not convinced it's not simple incompetence or corruption 🤷‍♂️
