Yes, however WoS was custodial. Phoenix is a mobile node -- and while this is a self-own (Zeus has stated they are not going anywhere), its a very bad sign that self-custodial LN node software are feeling the heat.

Yeah. I’m waiting for the government to decide that self hosting your own wallet and node is illegal.
