I am here again sharing more of my photographic art with street photography.
I really enjoy doing street photography because it allows me to connect with the present moment and observe everything as something ephemeral, that lasts only this moment and then it will be different.
Through my street photographs I seek to find beauty in everyday moments that are often overlooked and at the same time be able to show you what my city is like and show you that Venezuela is not as it is painted in the news worldwide, this country has a lot of beauty and it is full of people who go out to work every day for their families.
Just as I find people working I have also found other people resting:
And other people moving through the streets, perhaps to their homes or perhaps to their jobs:
In the midst of so much chaos, crisis and uncertainty my people still manage to find beauty.
And through the things that unite us (like soccer) they find small moments of happiness.
This post became for me a way to show you that my city is not desolate, that there are still people who want to work and continue progressing, that despite all the shit we experience in Venezuela, our population is still happy here because We are a beautiful and free country
this territory is moderated
Are Venezuelans usually open to street photography? I heard in some countries most people hate random photographers
reply
In Venezuela it is not very common to see people with professional cameras on the street and therefore people are not used to seeing a stranger taking random photos of them, that is why I try to be very stealthy when I do street photography that includes people, many times I take these photos from some angle that they can't see me, I do it quickly and without hesitation and that's why some photos are a little out of focus or blurry...
In the end I don't care about capturing the "perfect" photo on a technical level, but rather capturing the moment you are living so I can share it with you and show you what life is like in Venezuela.
