After reading this, I was wondering, which do you think is it going to be the first Central Bank to include Bitcoin in their reserves?
“By including Bitcoin in its reserves, Switzerland would mark its independence from the European Central Bank. Such a step would strengthen our neutrality,” Luzius Meisser, president of asset manager Bitcoin Suisse, told local media. https://www.nzz.ch/wirtschaft/nun-kommt-die-volksinitiative-welche-die-nationalbank-zum-kauf-von-bitcoin-verpflichten-will-ld.1827256
and then:
Swiss National Bank Chairman Thomas Jordan spoke on Friday:
"We have not yet decided that we want to invest in bitcoin. Actually for good reasons" "Currency reserves are international payments. They have to be liquid. They have to be sustainable. And we have to be able to sell and buy them."
to me, it seems they are very interested. To say they have not decided it yet. Of course. This is very positive. Yet means that they may will soon. And the rest of statements are very bad excuses because we all know it is not a problem.
Once some central banks start buying Bitcoin, it is going to be a massive event. All the others in the world will have to do the same. We will see.
Happy stacking !
