I noticed the recently added estimate time to next halving that I can reach by clicking on the top of the page a few times:

But it should not be counting down. It should actually just update every time a new block is found with a new estimate (which on average will be very close to the previous estimate minus 10 minutes).

Right?

The average time until the next block is always ~10 minutes.
