Someone has to be brave enough to take the plunge.
They might struggle at first, but they might also become the leader in renewable energy in their country.

If we get down to it, just limit the amount of energy everyone used.
Or make the price of energy high enough that people wont waste it.
Or give energy credit to each person, then make them pay for everything over.
Its not hard, its just that people dont want to have discomfort because they are used to wasting.

is it people who really wasted some much of energy or is it companies, shops...
i believe the end user to try to do some efforts but big companies or shops, are they willing to ?
