Its actually pretty easy. I am trying and working on legislation that changes that. One of the bills that passed the House last night I worked on does in fact do that. It's called H.R. 1069 - Clean Energy Demonstration Transparency Act of 2023.

Have you considered submitting a constitutional amendment to remove the 4th amendment so they don't have to keep voting on renewing FISA?
