Is there any need for the SN team to delete accounts which have been dormant for a particular period of time?

Relatedly, what's going to happen to all those sats when SN stops acting as a custodian?
I recall @k00b saying previously that he never wanted to touch the sats locked away in abandoned accounts.

If the owner comes back, they can withdraw them. In my wallet plans post I describe what happens to existing sats. They can be withdrawn or used to purchase fee credits, but cannot be zapped and the sats in that wallet cannot increase.
