I will pay to put someone on a block list where they can't see my comments or posts. Mute list would be the opposite where I won't be able to see their comments or posts. Maybe for an MVP, just make them one and the same and price it at 100 sats or so. The money would go to the community pool.

Eventually give people the option of being unblocked for some number of sats, which the blocker would be able to set the price of and get if the blocked person pays it. It sucks having your content crapped with time-sucking comments by trolls who are looking for engagement, but there is a price that people will tolerate some idiocy for money.
