You could  just use the normal meta. I imagine other owners will be interested.

Alternatively, you could pin a meta thread in ~econ and either replace it with updated versions or just add your musings in the comments.

I dont like the idea of bothering people who just want ~econ content, with noise about iterating on the territory, and I plan to do *alot* of it.
