If you have 1 liter of milk, 1 yogurt and half a lemon, you can prepare the best homemade cheese!
No one needs to be a chef to make this recipe, which, in addition to being extremely tasty, is also healthy and economical.
INGREDIENTS:
1 liter of whole milk
1 cup of unsweetened natural yogurt
Half a lemon
1 clean cotton towel
1 pan measuring 12 centimeters
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1- Leave the milk on the heat for 15 minutes,
2- Then add the yogurt and lemon juice.
3- Once done, mix slowly for a few seconds.
4- Let the mixture rest for at least three hours.
5- After this time, place the cloth towel inside a colander.
6- Then place the colander inside a pan.
7- Then, pour the mixture onto the cloth. This will allow you to separate the cheese from the whey.
8- The part that remained on the cloth must go into a mold and be kept in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
9- Then just remove, uncover and add a little salt, if desired.
10- Once done, take it to the fridge again to stay for another 8 hours.
11- Once this step is complete, you can now consume your delicious homemade cheese.
