INGREDIENTS: 1 liter of whole milk 1 cup of unsweetened natural yogurt Half a lemon 1 clean cotton towel 1 pan measuring 12 centimeters METHOD OF PREPARATION: 1- Leave the milk on the heat for 15 minutes, 2- Then add the yogurt and lemon juice. 3- Once done, mix slowly for a few seconds. 4- Let the mixture rest for at least three hours. 5- After this time, place the cloth towel inside a colander. 6- Then place the colander inside a pan. 7- Then, pour the mixture onto the cloth.
