Governments will need to handle this in the larger crypto space. 'Digital objects" are alot more than BTC in a legal sense. Intellectual property laws are being stretched far too thin with defining digital objects (outside of crypto).

The catch is these "digital objects" don't need any backdoor or special rules applied to them that helps to control or police them, that will be a sticky issue that will be fought... you know governments will try.
