A United States Constitutional Amendment Proposal | Late Night Musings With Dick Greaser
While the founding fathers of the United States plotted seditious activities in taverns all across the colonies, we plot our seditious activities today on Stacker News through the use of custodial lightning. Today we have the decision on whether we want to build a world for kids that's worth living in, or continuing to be restricted to death by individuals who they themselves are not complying? If they refuse to comply, while trying to force us to, what is the point? The double standard is neither democratic or moral.
We live in a democracy and therefore providing non compliant services to a government agency should not be deemed a criminal activity.
This leaves us two choices.
Compliance while the government refuses to comply is completely off the table because allowing them that unfair advantage will only destroy us. In a democracy, no one is above the law, except if it is for national security reasons of course. So what we are left with is either refusing to comply as a form of protest, completely unraveling the perceived power of the state to the NPC class, or we create a constitutional amendment removing our civil liberties so that when they prosecute us, they are truly the compliant ones.
The best path forward is easily amending the constitution to allow for the government's non compliant activities today to be compliant. The constitution is far too restrictive in preventing our fine elected officials the ability to properly serve their constituents for the common good. Imagine how much GDP would grow if you could copy Nancy Pelosi's trades on Webull.
Taking away the 1st amendment protections of speech will allow for governments to ensure that only properly credentialed journalists like myself are circulating accurate and truthful pieces of information. Nancy would be one of the greatest sources of NGU as people would massively pump and dump stocks, crypto, or whatever she chooses to trade as she can fully ascend to her place as a financial guru publicly without those pesky restrictions which make her and other successful traders in Washington have to try and hide their enormous financial success.
AOC wouldn't even have to bother hiding all the non KYC corn she's stacked after Dennis Porter Orange pilled her real hard late one night in Washington DC. The world would be glorious in this situation and everyone would be doing much better as a result of this.
A healthy relationship between two individuals requires compliance on both sides. When compliance is only one sided, there will be inevitable conflict and resentment. Many of us are feeling that deep resentment at these non compliant institutions. I mean seriously, they took the dollar menu away from us during Covid.
Do we really want to live in the world where they take the $2 and $3 menus away from us while they continue to refuse to comply? Or do we want stand our ground by forcing them to comply? It would seem that civil disobedience in order to force a constitutional amendment to restrict our freedoms to create mutual compliance is the correct path forward.
But before embarking on a potentially earth shifting political movement, one must consult Dennis Porter in Twitter spaces to ensure this is the most politically sound strategy. Believing that individuals like Michael Saylor, Javier Milei, Nayib Bukele, Dennis Porter, and countless others are working for our good behind the scenes to ensure we have a bright orange future, allows us to forgo any responsibility of actually trying to change things ourselves. This is the beauty of government and democracy, where you get to outsource many of the things you don't want to, to those who obviously have your best interest in mind.

If we voluntarily forgo our personal protections for the greater good, to ensure the government is not breaking it's own laws it wrote for itself, we may reach an equilibrium where things are both stable and safe.
