every six months - totally legal too.
I am grateful for it though as it makes me deep clean the house at least twice a year which I probably would avoid more often if they didn't come
The owner of my current apartment told me after he gave me the keys from the place that he hopes he won’t see me again anytime soon 😂😂😂 (otherwise, it typically means he has to come and fix something)
