Seriously, KLF was a big flash in the pan in the early '90s, and then they kind of faded. Their schtick was some sort of secret cult with The Illuminatus! Trilogy references, combined with some damned fun songs.
Under the name The Timelords, they were also responsible for "Doctorin' the Tardis," the Gary Glitter/Doctor Who mashup.

I was just watching some Doctor Who this evening! That song is always funny. The Daleks look too high budget though! 😉
