They'll just pay a ridiculous fine and say sorry. Children are best excuse for more censorship surveillance on the web. "KYC all access to protect the children"

And btw, I think censorship on a p*rn website to prevent childporn is a good thing. Idk what mental gymnastics you have to call it an "excuse".

What do yall think of this?
Obviously cp is horrible. And the p*rn sites should absolutely have done something in advance to prevent this.
But is Visa liable as well? How can they distinguish a payment to a p*rn site for legitimate use from a payment that involved the abuse of children?
What do you guys think?

Yeah I think it is solely PornHub's responsibility and Visa should not be liable.

That's what I'm thinking! At this point they could just make the electricity company liable just as well. And while they're at it drag the entire economy into it and sure Ryan from West Virginia for selling a CrunchyWrap at Taco Bell to the plumber of the CEOs toilet. Or something.
