He is some space nerd with a thesis that bitcoin is digital war and pushes it in the podcast circle jerk, i'm blocked by him for questioning his thesis
I question his thesis too. I think he's trying to fit Bitcoin into a fiat mentality: Bitcoin is war, states engage in warfare, so states would take over hash power in the name of national security, mine at a loss using tax revenue... it's garbage in my opinion.

Indeed, he is coming from the idea that the states are still going to be massive with bitcoin around, as if wouldn't actively shrink it in the case of plebs now holding more proportional wealth that cannot be diluted and people in the state wouldn't leave to be active in other parts of the economy where incentives are now better
I don't mind him having a thesis anyone can have brain farts, what I didn't like is his attitude to criticism, he posts all these linked in shutdown posts where he punches down on normies and then when a pleb comes at him with another view he cries foul play

Naturally it would shift the balance of power away from states, but his idea has states capturing the network by entering an arms race to acquire the most bitcoin and hash power, the dawn of digital warfare.
