Been using Damus on iPhone but am switching to android now. What should I be using?

Curious why folks like Amethyst. Seems very slow to me. Prefer Primal's caching. Am I missing something?

A year or so back, I tried amethyst and had a similar issue. Maybe Ir's better now?

Also Primal was recently in the news for linking kyc info to your npub. So maybe people are grumpy about that?

Wait, this is not what I was thinking. Wasn't understanding it. I mean, KYC was the reason why I have never used Primal wallet or any KYC wallet in the app.

The relay control. I find Primal's relay control a bit lacking compared to Amethyst. It's a bit of a shame since I really like how Primal looks and runs.

Oh, the lightning button as well. I don't use the built-in Primal wallet so it would be nice if that doesn't show up in my UI if I'm not using it.

Nozzle Nostros

I switch between nostros and nozzle. I'll use nozzle when I want speed, and I switch to nostros when I need more detail (zaps and note relay lists) and I'll only use global on nostros, but "friends of friends" is something I'll use nozzle for.

So, I don't use google play. I don't have google play installed.

Instead, I have obtainium https://github.com/ImranR98/Obtainium/releases which you install the .apk from the releases page to install.

Then you add amber to obtainium (You would paste this link: https://github.com/greenart7c3/Amber/releases) and then not only will you be able to install it through obtainium, but obtainium will notify you of updates.

If you’re using Damus on iOS, it seems like Amethyst would be the more direct trade.

I use Damus cause I’m curious how the relay topology is going.

I was joking about Mutiny being a nostr client. It's a mobile lightning node/wallet so you don't need to run your own ln node - it does it for you.
