Without reading the headline sounds like we have, reached level 2 of panoptic digital gulag shopping, and soon to catch up with the leading despotic autocratic regimes.
They seem to be really pushing this lately.

I tried Walmart+ as an Amazon Prime replacement and it included Paramount. I cancelled. Walmart treats you like a criminal when returning items and I refuse to be treated like a criminal.
I assume Walmart is partnering and sharing, because they are not having success monetizing the data on their own.
