I have been finding difficult to do some exercise just lately. I try to walk every single day to keep myself fit. But sometimes if it’s cold , rainy , hot or any other excuse, I end up delaying the walk for the following day .
As you can see from the graph, I have managed to get to just below 10000 steps daily in the last year. Most of the time, the lack of motivation postpones the exercise.
My plan is to write everyday in the stacker saloon my achievements. I think that if I make them public, it may help with this motivation.
I am lucky to enjoy my walks outdoors as I leave in a small village and can easily find a quiet area to walk-run
And, on top of that I think that it may help to reduce my weight too. I am starting today at 81.4kg.
